The Well is a healing space devoted to supporting healers and creatives.
It is a sanctuary for those who are consciously weaving the tapestry of their life's work and who are developing more depth and precision in their signature creative process.
The intention is to create an environment conducive for personal reflection, deep inner listening, writing and the creative process through practices of meditation, self-inquiry, and attunement.
This group invites you to connect with spiritual guidance for your work and to exercise your signature voice through writing.
With the support of the group you will be encouraged to share ideas as you move towards greater clarity and purpose with compassionate constructive feedback on the direction of your projects.

The Birthplace of Where You Are Now
You are the birthplace for change.
What if where you are right now is perfectly aligned with where you are headed?
What if this experience you’re having right now is the stepping stone for what comes next?
What tends to show up is a self-defeating thought pattern that I am not as far along as I want to be. I am not where I want to be, so something is wrong. I must be on the wrong path. I am not good enough to follow through on this if it hasn’t happened for me already. And so on.
This is an unfortunate symptom of the hyper-growth mindset of a culture that promotes endless expansion.
Bigger is better, more means success.
But who’s really keeping track and why?
Part of the danger is, when we reject the idea that we can start right where we are now, we reject our enough-ness and miss out on being with what is.
What we tell ourselves: “...this state I’m in won’t change, is wrong, and I should be somewhere other than where I am”. We reinforce an orientation towards lack and disbelief, isolating and even cutting off from source energy, ie: our inspiration and guidance
Instead of choosing to listen and create from where we are right now, we strive to produce what we think we should.
When the caterpillar dissolves utterly and completely into a butterfly, it’s not questioning the process.
It is the process that gives first to the new reality.
The key is paying attention to how your life is changing you, right now, being open to the inspiration and guidance of the moment that is ready to give you a gift beyond any expectation you might have.
It’s easy to get caught up in what we think we should do. I should be here, I should be doing more, I’m not enough.
When you are in a business for yourself and you want to grow, the most important thing to know is where you are right now, what phase of development you are in, and see the bigger trajectory of growth without attaching to the outcome.
What do you need right now to take the next step?
Comparing yourself to what others do isn’t helpful. Judging yourself for not being as far along as you would like to isn’t helpful. Narrow expectations of outcomes isn’t helpful.
Building from where you are now is of paramount importance.
Usually at a deeper level what we find here is a lack of self-acceptance.
Self-acceptance is the foundation for having the courage to create your life‘s work.
Bring out what you have inside right from where you are now.
Don’t underestimate the power of your gifts.
You are worthy of the life you want.
Own what you want and choose it.

Andrea Maxine is a professional healer, educator and guide who supports healers and creatives overcome and heal patterns of overwhelm and unworthiness through a somatic based coaching approach.
Her mission is to help you trust in your innate healing gifts so that you can confidently bring your work out into the world in a way that feels aligned and matters deeply to you.
She works with coaches, healers and other purpose driven small businesses to anchor the vision for their transformational healing work and embody more of who they are on a soul level so that they can do the deep work they came here for with embodied confidence and true worthiness.

How do I know if this is for me?
This is for the woman who is very clear that their creativity is linked with their spirituality. They know that their creative process is non-negotiable, and it is one of their highest values. It is the air they breathe, what fuels their work with their clients, and the fuel to the success in their business. They want a space to marry their spiritual calling to their business and aligning with their signature creative process. The Well is that space.
How/where do we meet?
We will meet as a group twice a month for 90 minutes. If you sign up for the Group + Individual Session, then we will also meet for a 30 minute individual session. All meetings are via Zoom.
What if I miss a session?
While the recommendation is to attend live when possible, group sessions will be recorded.
How much does it cost? Are there payment plans?
You can choose from one month to three month memberships with the Group Only option, or Group + Individual Session.

What’s your refund policy if I don’t like it?
Courses are non-refundable. I’ve found that my best service to clients is achieved by nothing less than a full commitment.
