When you sit inside the room of your heart you will see the world through different eyes.
The heart is a chamber. It is a gateway that connects you to the awareness of cosmic consciousness. To the all of time and beyond.
The spiritual heart center is a great transformer. It holds within it the dynamic stillness at the center of all cycles of creation.
Life.
Death.
Rebirth.
Connecting to your spiritual heart requires your patience, sensitivity and listening. In heart connection you are given permission to perceive into the unknown and see a new possibility.
This new perception is the light of your own truth. The practice of connecting in with the spiritual heart brings to the conscious mind what is ready to be revealed.
This level of inner knowing is like perceiving many other worlds alongside this one, simultaneously. Some say it feels like a dream. Some question whether they are ready to perceive the dreams they feel.
It is often that doubts arise when one begins working at this level of the heart. A new way of being presents itself, a different life, a vision for what will be.
Connection with the spiritual heart can bring with it a fear of responsibility or unveil how we carry shame about ourselves. This is part of the softening that occurs. It is natural for resistance to cycle through, unveil and release.
As you learn how to cultivate your awareness and stay with fears as they arise you can see how the heart offers you unconditionality and a much more compassionate view of life.
When one begins working with the spiritual heart one begins to perceive a broader view of the cosmos, the mystery. Seeing beyond right and wrong into possibility.
Every being has access to this form of understanding. Every being can access this language beyond words. This language emanates as vibration and symbols. It connects to you through the silent chamber of your heart. It is a language of love. A healing language.
It is through the heart we are reminded of our origin in togetherness and grace.
Though practice strengthens your connection, there is no special ability you need to acquire. All that you are is enough. All you need is the willingness to feel, to open and to trust that your heart is already guiding you.
You have the capability to touch into the deeper wisdom for your life.
Living from your heart is what wholeness amidst transformation feels like. It is a vow. It is fierce love. It is unwavering.
