Understand How Power Works

The single most important reason why I coach women in their business is for the sake of empowerment.

I want women, who have incredible capacity for healing and leadership, to be powerful in the world.

Power is the full embodied sense of congruence with yourself.

It's when your actions are in full integrity with your intentions.

It is also a fully alive pulsing understanding of how you navigate the complexities of relationship dynamics in your life.

True power is not created in isolation, but in relationship.

When I talk about the Goddess, when I talk about intuition, when I talk about business, money, creativity, self-awareness and honoring yourself -- I am talking about power. The ability to trust in who you are and what you can do.

Power and change have correlating values. When a woman knows who she is and trusts in what she can do, she is empowered to change the world around her.

Not just by stepping into a leadership position or making more money or ending world hunger, but by being who she is at her core and trusting in her ability to create the life she wants.

Power is an alive process of embodying who you are.
Power is about remembering who you are.
Power is about coming home to who you are.

So, when you hear me talk about "the Goddess," what I’m really talking about is how to engage with your own power.

When I talk about intuition, what I really mean is knowing how your power is working for you.

When I say trust in yourself beyond all else, what I really mean is you can do hard things.

Power is generative.

When we understand ourselves better, when we love ourselves better, when we have true compassion for ourselves, we are empowered to create the life we want.

When we can accept that there is incongruence in the world, a lack of integrity between the words and actions of other people, organizations, and companies, we can still choose congruency within ourselves.

We can make a move to get clear on what integrity means to us, reconnect with that truth, ask for support, and then act with intention and clarity.

When we stop blaming and criticizing (ourselves and others), we are truly empowered.

Inevitably, life will frustrate you and piss you off...and it’s not worth losing your focus over it.

Knowing how and when to come back into alignment with the center of your power is the practice.

With Love,
Andrea
