One of the things that I hear over and over again with clients is this question of purpose. Is it enough?

"Will building a business actually work if I pursue what I feel my purpose to be?"

Purpose alone will not create the business for you. A lot depends on how committed you are to bringing the purpose through into the practical level of the work that you do.

What I see most often as the missing link is the connection points between the inner and outer structures. The inner commitment to the work you are here to do and the outer more practical structures of building a business that support true fulfillment.

(You can learn more about the four primary structures that can help you build a sustainable framework for your business in the live class.)

For most women who are healers building the business is only as successful as they feel confident inside themselves to hold the vision and take a stand for the value of the work they are meant to do.

Over the years I have seen four phases of growth each practitioner goes through to support the process of being more on purpose with her work while also establishing herself as a successful business owner.

1. She embodies her work and is committed to her own healing process.
2. She knows who she creates for and WHY she serves her clients.
3. She loves the work she does and willingly moves through challenges knowing they will grow her.
4. She is able to ask for help and finds inspiration and courage in taking new and imperfect action.

If you are a purpose driven, heart centered practitioner you are moved to create by inspiration and feel the integrity of your work deeply. You know that to be a healer is a process that evolves who you are over time and with experience.

The process of developing your unique way of working with clients will give you the purpose and direction of your work. And so often prepares you for the moment you choose to step into the deeper process of growing your business and overall body of work.

The #1 most important thing you can do to develop your work, grow your practice and increase your capacity for serving others is to actively be in a process of your own healing. This is by far the one thing I see that makes all the difference between practitioners who dream of having a practice and those who are fully in the work with others.

The amount of support you allow yourself to receive generates the reciprocity that informs the work you do and how confident you will feel to expand.

Are you someone who wants to build your healing practice this year?

Are you ready to bring the depth of your healing presence forward into a more structured and cohesive way of working with your clients?

Are you looking for a strong, clear path to make your bigger vision a reality?

If you are ready to dive deeply into your own process of growing your healing practice this year and long for a heart centered approach to expansion I would love to support you.

The next step would be to book a 1-1 Vision Call with me.

If you feel inspired by what we discover in the call and you want to know more about how my coaching work can support you, we can talk about what kind of support (either individual or group work) would best meet your unique needs.

In February there will be an opportunity to join a group process for Women Who Are Healers, so if you are seeking a community of support around creating your work and organically building your practice I would be happy to share more about that Intention with you on the call.

Our healing work is the work of remembering our capacity to contribute to the healing, transformation and interconnectedness of this world.

It would be a great honor to support you in the next phase of growth for your sacred healing work.

With Love,
Andrea
