    A space to understand yourself more deeply, move through challenges with support, and access clear, grounded direction.

    Together, we build your capacity to meet life with more ease, honesty, and self-trust—so the way you live, relate, and take action begins to reflect who you truly are.

  • A gentle, experiential approach that works directly with the body and nervous system.

    Through mindfulness and somatic awareness, we explore how your system has learned to organize experience—especially in moments of stress, attachment, and emotional activation.

    This work creates a non-judgmental space to:

    • understand your patterns at their root

    • process what has been held in the body

    • and support lasting shifts in how you relate to yourself and others

    Over time, you build the capacity to stay present with your experience, regulate your nervous system, and move through emotional and physical intensity with more clarity and confidence.

    This approach is guided by the principles of mindfulness, loving presence, and non-violence—which shape the way I hold and support you in this work.

    It is especially beneficial for those working through relational and attachment wounds.

    I am currently in a Level Two Hakomi Comprehensive Training Program moving toward certification.

    Through subtle touch and attuned presence, we listen for what is ready to be felt, seen, and released—allowing stored tension, emotional residue, and stress patterns to unwind in their own time.

    This work is rooted in the understanding that your body knows how to heal.

    As your system softens, you may experience relief from physical discomfort, greater ease in your body, and a return to a more natural state of balance and coherence.

Meet Andrea.

Andrea is devoted to holding a space of embodied presence and healing awareness to support each client's unique journey through healing and personal transformation. 

She is a Professional Healer, Certified Somatic Practitioner and Coach, and has been working in the field of healing and personal transformation since 2007. Over the last twenty years she has extensively trained in Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing,  Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Coaching and is a level one graduate of the Hakomi Therapy Certification Program. She specializes in a somatic approach to personal healing, professional development, and relationship coaching. She is currently a student in the Level Two  Hakomi  Comprehensive Training and integrates Hakomi principles of non-violence and mindfulness into her coaching and healing work.

The focus of her work centers around empowering her clients to heal emotional wounding and overcome obstacles around love, self-worth and being seen from an in-depth and relational approach.
