Embracing Chaos to Find Clarity

When everything comes apart at the seams and nothing feels like it’s working....


I usually ask the question:

What’s here that we may not be seeing?
What’s here that we may not be registering as guidance?
What’s here that may be hidden in the shadows of our own doubts and reservations?

When things feel like they are at a stand still it is such a great moment to PAUSE.

Just STOP everything you are "trying to do" and get in touch with the deeper feels... frustration, anger, grief... what else is here for you?

Touch into the broader strokes at play.

When things in my world feel beyond STUCK

I get still.
I pull cards.
I pray, meditate, chant mantra.

I like to give myself the space to FEEL what's really going on here.

I have learned to choose all the things that my productivity brain tells me I don’t have time to do.

It is in exactly these moments of personal chaos that you have an opportunity to HEAL.

To learn.
To absorb.
To see.

What IS being GIVEN.

What is being offered through RELEASE.

What’s no longer working for you...
What part of yourself is getting in the way of what you want...
What limiting beliefs may be tempting self-sabotage...

AND
underneath it all...

What is it you truly deeply long for?

When someone comes to me and says: "I’m done. I’m done working hard at something that isn’t working for me." It is a moment to validate, honor, and celebrate.

It is a huge choice point.
It is riveting.

We are (mostly) conditioned to keep going.

Work hard.
Don’t stop.
Don’t look.
Don’t feel.

That we can be easily led astray from feeling what we ARE ACTUALLY FEELING.

We can miss the point.
We can miss WHY we started doing something in the first place.

Stop.
Pause.
Breathe.
Listen.

The answer for you is here. I promise.

The body knows.
The body is the castle to your soul.

It houses the knowing you seek.
It houses your happiness in mind.

When you pay attention to the signals you are getting...


your push
your merge
your avoid
your resist
your anger
your silence
your joy
your arousal
your curiosity
your taste
your touch
your feeling

you can learn your tendencies,
shift,
and make better choices from a true place of clarity and self-acceptance.
