Practice Over Perfection
For me a spiritual practice is not about leaving the world or my body behind, it is about learning what needs to be let go of so that I can show up more fully as I am here and now each day with meaning and purpose in my heart. It takes practice. It is not a given.
Woven With Spirit
Partnering with spirit in life is a practice. It is not one you can think your way through. It is one by which you learn a radical form of acceptance.
When we slow down to look at the gaps between our creative vision and practical reality, we find something deeper needs healing, needs attention, needs a shift in perspective.
Stillness is a Point of Empowerment
Spiritual practice is resilience training. Sometimes guidance, the way of grace, is asking us to fall even deeper into the wound. The problem. The conflict. The fall reveals what isn’t working and dismantles the constructs in place that no longer support a way forward.
