From Guidance Within is a highly intentional interactive group space dedicated to supporting conscious practitioners who are ready to step into their next level of vision, purpose, and leadership.
The practitioners called to this program are coaches, therapists, and healers. Multi-faceted in their creative work, they are looking for a non-traditional approach to business coaching, and see the inner work they do to be the cornerstone of their ever evolving professional healing work.
This is not just business strategy. This is dedicated support that offers structure and guidance while incorporating and prioritizing the subtle, spiritual, and energetic needs that you have on a personal level to successfully steward your life’s work forward.

About
Andrea is devoted to holding a space of embodied presence and healing awareness to support each client's unique journey through healing and personal transformation.
She is a Professional Healer, Certified Somatic Practitioner and Coach, and has been working in the field of healing and personal transformation since 2007. Over the last twenty years she has extensively trained in Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Coaching and is a level one graduate of the Hakomi Therapy Certification Program. She specializes in a somatic approach to personal healing, professional development, and relationship coaching. She is currently a student in the Level Two Hakomi Comprehensive Training and integrates Hakomi principles of non-violence and mindfulness into her coaching and healing work.
The focus of her work centers around empowering her clients to heal emotional wounding and overcome obstacles around love, self-worth and being seen from an in-depth and relational approach.

How do I know if this is for me?

How do we meet?
All meetings are via Zoom.
What if I miss a session?
While the recommendation is to attend live when possible, group sessions will be recorded.
How much does it cost? Are there payment plans?
Pricing varies depending on level of commitment and availability. A six month professional development mentorship program includes group work plus optional one to one support. Please book a clarity call to find out more details and apply for the next cohort starting in March 2026. Yes payment plans and scholarships are available upon request.
What’s your refund policy if I don’t like it?
Courses are non-refundable.
