Nudge That Creative Zone Inside You

Whatever your edge is, that next level of expansion for you, will be found and sourced, created and constructed, from inside of you.

What breaks my heart the most about coaching women in their business is the moment they outsource their power.

They think the answer is outside of them. They second-guess themselves and look around at what everyone else is doing.

When the truth is what’s really going to move the needle for them is returning to the source of their inner guidance.

The edge of expansion you are moving towards is inside of you. It cannot be found anywhere else.

A lot of well-meaning people will want to give you advice about the next step you should take, but most will offer counsel without having any understanding of what you are up against internally.

You might be meeting yourself at the edge of resistance to change. You may be feeling the fear of being seen. You may be wrestling with whether or not you deserve to dream big.

There is so much more beneath the surface that simple advice giving or relying on strategy alone doesn’t work.

Coaching is not about advice giving. It’s about ushering you into the dimension of your own wisdom and leadership.

It’s about helping you see yourself. It’s about holding the space open for your vision to fully land in the here and now.

The edge of expansion you seek is within you and it will carry you as far as you want to go as long as you are willing to listen to yourself. Slow down, listen closely, and honor what you know to be deeply true.

What breaks my heart even more is when women think they need more advice about their business when what they really need is support.

More strategy will not address the areas within yourself that are having a hard time with the lessons of loss and disappointment that come with being a business owner.

Business coaching doesn’t carry you the distance if we don’t tap deeper into the emotional healing needed around money and power.

Coaching women in business is initiatory.

It ignites a process, that if you stay with it, will carry you the distance.

It is a process that arises the moment you say yes to yourself.

I believe women to be more than capable of running their own businesses, yet so often they report to me that they are told they need to become more business minded.

You have the power to shift course, especially when it counts because you are deeply intuitive.

No matter what is going on in your life, whether you are taking care of three kids, your marriage is struggling, or your own self-worth issues are getting in the way - you have access to yourself. And it is this access point that makes you capable of a clear, measured, and empowered move.

Ultimately, no one call tell you what to do. Any good coach will know that often what is needed is to clear the path, hold the space, anchor the truth with you, so that you can feel yourself again. To remind you of what you said you wanted in the first place.

To hold up a clear, compassionate, unwavering mirror, so you can see yourself again.

To be there when you wobble.

To nudge that creative zone within you.

To help your work, your voice, be expressed in the world and reach the right people.

So that your business becomes an extension of living your truth. So that you are recognized for the work you love to do by those who truly need what you have to offer.

Strategy is important. It offers structure, focus, and a stabilizing quality, so that you are not feeling like you are just spinning your wheels.

AND there is no substitute for the kind of support you receive in a coaching space that is held with deep listening and attunement to your deeper needs.

Entrepreneurship, for most women, is about feeling like their whole Self is on board. It is about the power to harness your creative edge, to lead with inspiration, and connect with people who appreciate what you are bringing forward.

Entrepreneurship is about creating a movement, a wave of change, that starts with you.

A wave of change you embody and are dedicated to.

All of it rooted in a steady flow of self-sustaining inner to outer practice.

Yours for the journey,

Andrea
