You Got This
The single most important reason why I coach women in their business is for the sake of empowerment.
I want women, who have incredible capacity for healing and leadership, to be powerful in the world.
Power is the full embodied sense of congruence with yourself.
It is also a fully alive pulsing understanding of how you navigate the complexities of relationship dynamics in your life.
True power is not created in isolation, but in relationship.
When I talk about the depth of your inner knowing, when I talk about that in relationship to your work, your purpose, your business, - I am talking about your power to create.
Your number one most powerful asset in your business is your naturally raw and wild ability to CREATE.
You harness this by cultivating the ability to trust in who you are and what you are here to do.
When you know who you are and trust in what you know you are here to do, you are empowered to make real change happen in your life.
Not just by changing things up a little bit like raising your fee, or getting a promotion, or making more money, but by risking to be be more of who you are at your essential spiritual core.
To trust in yourself and your ability to create the life you want.
Power is an alive process.
Power is about remembering who you are.
Power is about coming home to yourself.
So, when we talk about money, work, business, spiritual purpose, and how they are all woven in with your power to create, what we are really talking about is how to engage with your true power.
Your capacity for depth and inner knowing is to know how your power works for you.
When you can trust in yourself beyond all else everything begins to change of its own accord, in its own divine timing, revealing the true path of choice for you at this time.
Power is generative.
When you get in touch with what you really need and who you really are, when you start to love yourself better, when you can have true compassion for yourself, this is when you are empowered to make powerful choices to create the life you want.
When you can accept that there is incongruence in the world, you can still choose congruency with yourself.
You can make a move to get clear, reconnect, ask for support, and act with clarity.
When you stop blaming or criticizing (yourself and others) you have access to your power and a choice is there for you to make.
Seeing that a choice is available for you right here and now is what empowerment feels like.
There are inevitably things that will frustrate you, anger you, disappoint you, and they will require your attention to heal, but it’s not worth losing power over it.
Embracing your power means knowing how to come back into alignment with your center.
It is the practice that keeps you in the truth and flow of all you are here to create and enjoy.
