Practice Over Perfection
For me a spiritual practice is not about leaving the world or my body behind, it is about learning what needs to be let go of, so that I can show up more fully as I am, here and now, each day with meaning and purpose in my heart.
It takes practice.
It is not a given.
It is not always easy.
Spiritual practice was never meant to exist as concept alone.
Rather, it is meant to be a wholly alive embodied commitment to living fully. In whatever way is most truthful for you.
Heart. Mind. Body. Soul.
When your spiritual energy is strong and clear, balanced, and connected to your everyday life things change. Relationships change. You change.
And when this energy is in balance things change for the better.
Your perspective opens.
Grasping lessens.
Acceptance increases.
Your purpose in life strengthens.
Your actions source a new level of clarity.
On October 30th I will be starting a new group course dedicated to a journey of healing and self-discovery through a modern day spiritual lens.
This group is guided by the principle that healing happens in a space of connection, awareness, reflection, and loving presence.
The intention of this group is to help each person feel more at ease and steady in their life (in every aspect) and to understand the way spiritual energy moves in your life and through your relationships.
This class is about cultivating a daily practice that fits into your life and strengthens your direct connection to spirit and to yourself.
When you strengthen this connection you release the tendency to doubt or over give of yourself, and trust more in what life is offering you. Letting go of attachments to negative influences and opening to greater positives for your life - on every level.
Each month we help you fortify your daily practice to help integrate spiritual work on a practical level for your everyday life and relationships.
To learn more about the structure and content of this class or if you have more questions please reply here to connect with me to see if this class is right for you.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Yours for the journey,
Andrea Maxine
