Welcoming ourselves into the unknown isn’t easy. As human beings we are never as good at the letting go part as we’d like to be.
Letting go on a deeper level requires surrendering the need for control and trusting yourself in the unknown. It is a necessary part of the rebirthing process that leads to long term embodied change.

Healing the area of money in our life is a process of reconnection with our needs and welcoming yourself home to more support, love and self-trust.
Remembering Our Softness
We cannot be soft if we do not feel safe.
We cannot feel safe if do not feel we belong inside this body.
Coming home to ourselves in body is the first step in remembering who we are. Remembering our softness is essential for feeling guided and supported.
