Calling In the Goddess, A Ritual for the New Moon
There are as many ways to meditate and create as there are people on the planet. There is no right way to revere the sacred. What is sacred is deeply personal and unique to you, and so is the way you call in a goddess (i.e. that next-level aspect of yourself that you're ready to embody).

Business as a Spiritual Practice.
My spiritual practice is not separate from my business practice. In fact, my spiritual practice informs much of the way I do business.
The hardest thing about growing a business for women who are deeply spiritual is the belief that you have to sacrifice your core values and become someone you are not in order to have a successful business.
I felt that way for a long time.
Deep down, we are always asking ourselves: what about my integrity and the integrity of the work I want to create and share?
How can I grow my practice and my business with integrity in a way that feels in alignment with my soul?

An Invitation Into the Heart of Mystery
All my life I have been in love with the mystery. I’ve always felt a deep desire to know the secrets to the universe. Why I am here, what’s inside of you, what’s inside of me. To come to know the intimate details of creation and how we dance with the nature of reality.

My Turning Point
About five years ago, I found myself at an urgent crossroads. I was no longer satisfied in my life and business.
Even though I was technically doing what I loved and working with clients I deeply appreciated, I realized a fundamental truth inside of me that was terrifying:
What I wanted for myself in life had changed.

Healing the Money Wound
Money is triggering. Especially for people who care deeply about integrity. Money is just triggering… right?! Yes. Until it's not. Until it doesn't have to be.

What is it you long for most?
Lately, all I have been thinking about is how incredibly changed I feel by this time.
In the last month I've really felt my own exhaustion. A tiredness that feels like its been waiting for me to tend deeper and more deliberately to my own well-being. To care more about what is simple and life affirming. To care more about what I can do to help AND take more care in how I do that.
How about you?

Getting real about the obstacles you face
Our work here is not to help you pick out flaws about yourself. Our work here is to help you to see more clearly the obstacles you face.In the most fiercely compassionate and loving manner possible. (So lovingly…) What is the benefit of beating yourself up about what feels like it is holding you back?

Trust in yourself is everything.
Have you ever had one of those moments in your life where you said to yourself:
“Right now, in this moment, I have everything I need. Everything I ever wanted is all around me. I am present to it. I feel the gratitude. I feel it in my bones. I want for nothing in this moment. I am happy, at peace. I trust in myself and the life I have created.”
I had one of these moments yesterday. It was fleeting and as long as it lasted I paused with it. Soaked it all in. I was grateful. I sat still long enough to behold it. Absorbing it into my cells. It was a precious moment and I gave myself the permission to feel it. To feel it fully.

A soft place to land
This summer solstice I remain touched by the courageous women who are standing tall in their true light casting a wide web of healing presence from within the sacred space of their own heart.

Entering the spiritual heart
When you ask to sit inside the room of your heart you will see the world through different eyes.
The heart is a chamber like none other. It is a gateway that connects you to the cosmos, all of time, beyond time. The practice of heart connection requires your patience and listening. In heart connection you are asked to perceive the darkness and see a new light.

Love who you are, as you are
To walk a path of self-love one must prepare to encounter all of its opposites. How we do this depends on our willingness to feel and our capacity for love. Healing through the body is a process. It is about learning, at each layer of unfolding, how to hold ourselves lovingly through the process. To learn how to bring presence, love and care to the places that hurt.
